We invite participants to contribute original papers related to the topics covered by ESTIC 2026. Contributory papers shall be considered for presentation as posters. Selection of the papers shall be based on the abstract submitted
You will need to register at the ESTIC-2026 webpage for submitting the abstract. On the registration page you will find an option to submit the abstract. Please prepare and keep ready your abstract before starting your registration process. The template for abstract preparation can be found here or from the “Download Template for Abstract” button on this page. On the registration page, choose the appropriate thematic area of your poster/abstract from the pull down menu. Enter your poster title, upload the abstract in the prescribed format and submit.
Language, format and Length: The abstract of the paper to be presented as poster should be prepared in English as a MS Word document and approximately 200-250 words in length. The document should not exceed one A4 size page. The abstract has to be prepared as per the specified format which is available as a Template file.
Content: The abstract should clearly present the objective, methodology, significant findings, and conclusions of the work. Preference will be given to abstracts demonstrating novelty, scientific merit, and relevance to the conference themes.
Title and author information:The title should be concise and not exceed 20 words. Clearly mention the names of all authors, their institutional affiliations, and indicate the corresponding author with an email address.
Conference theme selection: ESTIC 2026 has 12 thematic areas. Authors are responsible for selecting the most appropriate conference theme that best represents the submitted work. Incorrect theme selection may affect the review process. Themes are listed below

Abstract Evaluation: All submitted abstracts will undergo a screening process based on their scientific quality, originality, novelty, and relevance to the selected conference theme. The decision of the Abstract Review Committee shall be final and binding.
Communication of results: Only authors of shortlisted abstracts will be contacted through email. Detailed guidelines for poster preparation and presentation will be shared with the shortlisted participants.
Institutional Approval:It is the sole responsibility of the author(s) for obtaining all necessary permissions, institutional approvals, or clearances required for submission and presentation of their work.
Mere submission of an abstract does not imply that the paper is accepted in the conference and nor is it an invitation to participate in ESTIC 2026. Selection for poster presentation will be based solely on the evaluation of the submitted abstract. Status of acceptance shall be intimated to the lead/corresponding author on or before 30th Aug 2026. Accepted posters can be prepared as per the guidelines provided
